Co-organisé par l'Agence du Numérique en Santé (ANS) et l'institut national de recherche en sciences et technologies du numérique (INRIA), ce meet-up a pour ambition de réunir et co-construire une communauté de chercheurs, de professionnels de santé, de développeurs spécialistes du traitement des données, de représentants d'entreprises (startups, PME, grands comptes) aussi bien expérimentés que désireux de se familiariser avec ce domaine.
Deux objectifs :
- Favoriser le partage d'expériences, les bonnes pratiques dans la conception et l'utilisation de modèles NLP pour tout champ d’application appliqué à la santé numérique ;
- Sensibiliser les acteurs publics et privés aux cas d’usages existants.

Résumé (FR) : Le Traitement Automatique des Langues (TAL) est un levier majeur pour transformer les données textuelles cliniques en connaissances utiles au soin, à condition de pouvoir y accéder au sein des CHU. À Nantes, une dynamique interdisciplinaire associe le LS2N de Nantes Université et la Clinique des données du CHU de Nantes, autour de l’extraction d’information, de la minimisation des données et de la modélisation sémantique des textes médicaux. L’enjeu commun est de faire passer les données confidentielles et expertes du soin à la connaissance, puis de la connaissance à l’action, au service de l’aide à la décision et de l’organisation des soins, en conciliant accès, performance et protection des patients comme des soignants.

Abstract (EN): Natural Language Processing (NLP) is a major lever for transforming clinical text data into knowledge that can support healthcare, provided such data can be accessed within university hospitals. In Nantes, an interdisciplinary collaboration brings together the LS2N laboratory of Nantes Université and the Data Clinic of Nantes University Hospital, working on information extraction, data minimisation and semantic modelling of medical texts. The shared objective is to transform confidential and highly specialised healthcare data into knowledge, and then translate that knowledge into action, supporting clinical decision-making and healthcare organisation while balancing accessibility, performance, and the protection of both patients and healthcare professionals.
